Ultrasonic Cavitation Performance Test
Usage
Designed for ultrasonic cleaning processes ́ routine control and monitoring ultrasonic cavitation effectiveness of ultrasonic washing machines operating at frequencies equal to or greater than 35 kHz, at temperatures ranging from 18 °C to 70 °C.

Characteristics
2 ml clear glass vial: 31.0 mm high x 11.6 mm external diameter, 8.0 mm neck diameter. Wall thickness: 0.5 mm.
Brown/Red rubber septum: 8.0 x 1.0 mm.
Aluminum top cap: 5.5 mm high x 11.7 mm diameter. Wall thickness: 0.3 mm.
Glass beads: 3.0 mm.
Blue clear reactive solution: 1.5 ml.
Allows detection of deficiencies in the cavitation performance of the ultrasonic washing machine.
A self-adhesive Record Card accompanies each vial where data about the ultrasonic washing control process can be recorded.

Result: yellow transparent solution
NOTE: If unfavorable results are obtained, check working frequency of the ultrasonic cleaner, time and temperature of the ultrasonic washing, presence of bubbles within the wash solution, location of indicator and general condition of ultrasonic washing machine.

Storage conditions
T = 10-30 oC, RH = 30-80%, store in dark and dry place inside original packing.
Transportation conditions
Storage conditions should be strictly followed.
Transport in closed and strengthened boxes in order to avoid damages. Transportation of this product does not represent a risk for health.
